Josh: Love you, love what you're wearin', thinkin' about bein' you for Halloween*. HOWEVER, could you drop the "…or blah grams…or blah blah grams…or blah blah blah grams"? PUH-lease. In America we use ounces. If anyone wants to convert, they can read it in the description, your cookbook should you be kind enough to include it there, or an online conversion calculator. I don't need you to include the metric conversion for every single effin ingredient while you bake. Please, and thank you or danka or merci or grazi or gracias. (See how ognoxious that gets). Cool it with the conversions. Maybe someone needs to know but no one needs or wants to HEAR it in real time.
