As an Indian, I am really offended it's got a better rating than Pakistan. We literally have the same cuisine and culture 😡 I do need to try Tamales though.
Hello how are you my favorite dish from Mexico so Mr. Maloy is the status I love Gorditas elastomers that will you make it or not I’ve got the malice❤😊😊😊😊
I gotta say, I’ve watched a couple of these videos, and I don’t know everything about other cultures dishes, and maybe he is getting others right, but he got America’s wrong. When doing fried chicken, he used wingettes! I’ll repeat that, wingettes!!! I’m from the Deep South, arguably home of the best fried chicken on the planet. And I’m here to tell you, no southerner, ever, when told there is fried chicken somewhere, is going to picture in their mind, a wingette. If your not using bone in breasts or drumsticks, it’s not fried chicken. That would be like if someone came in with a fried boneless chicken wing, sure, it’s chicken, but when you say fried chicken, no one is expecting that.
You have to try the green corn tamales! They’re made with no meat and we use the Mexican june corn 🌽 that we grind to make our special masa. Any white corn that’s not sweet will work & the secret to making them moist and yummy is a little cottage cheese & nana would use buttermilk. If you don’t want to go to the park & roast the green chilies cuz it might rain on ya again just get some hatch green chilies & you will be golden. Oh and if you want a delicious breakfast just warm one up & make a dippy egg 🍳 aka an over medium egg to put on top. You need the yoke to be a little runny but, not too much & whites not milky just perfect no brown. I think you like the crispy eggs so, do what you kike😄 the yoke mixes with the tamale and is magical! Just like chilaquiles which the best way is make enchiladas for dinner then heat up the leftovers in a skillet. You just warm them up as you kinda chop it with your spatula while you fry them up till hot, add the same kind of dippy egg and enjoy! Our grandparents sure knew how to use leftovers in a delicious way. Also, they didn’t waste the food ☺️
As a Mexican myself, I couldn't have given it less than 10, and what I love the most about tamales is that you can basically fill them with anything, even sweet stuff, just like tacos 😂.
Any Mexicans in the comments, I've always been confused. Never had tamales but I've seen them online a bunch of times. Might be a stupid question, do you eat the corn husk? Or just open it up and eat the filling.
If you make it the cali way, it's 10/10 every time. If it's the Texan way, it's 11/10 every time. You can only get a higher score if your actually in mexico.
I don't make the rules yall. I'm just telling you what they be… lol
