Pot Roast
-Rump Roast 2-3 lbs
-4 yellow potatoes
-Carrots
-Salt & Pepper to Taste
-Cumin powder, Onion Powder, Ground Thyme to taste (approx 1 tsp of each)
-3 Bay leaves-minced garlic (about 2-3 cloves)
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 2 cups of water
-1 cube of beef bouillon
-1 cube of tomato bouillon (this goes in 1 hour before its ready)

Cream Cheese Cinnamon Cookies
-1 cup softened butter
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tbsp vanilla
-3 cups of flour
-3 tsp baking powder
-2 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 tsp salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
-3 or 4 cups of powdered sugar
-4 oz cream cheese softened
-8 tbsp softened butter
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 tsp heavy cream
-ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)
