Made it was delicious, I just substituted bacon for ham, used vegetable stock instead of milk. It was finger licking good. Thanks for recipe.😊

TRIED IT: I was looking for something quick I could make with the items I had on hand. This fit the bill but I had to make a few adjustments but it still turned out fine and my boys asked me to make it again, therefore it’s now on our “kid tested, budget approved” list!!
I used 2 small ham stakes (cubed) instead of lunch meat.
I used 2 cans of white beans instead of 5 potatoes…because I only had 2 potatoes (which wasn’t enough for 4 people).
I used 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of cheddar cheese soup instead of making my own roux and I thinned it with light cream.
I used garlic salt for more flavor and just a bit more oregano.
Everything else was the same.
I served it with a side salad and toasted garlic bread, which was used to soak up the sauce on the plate.
Again, my teens enjoyed it and that’s all that matters!!
This recipe is easy to adapt to whatever you have in the fridge so, don’t be afraid to get creative with what you’ve got!!!

Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes but at what temperature? I watched it twice an it’s not there or I missed it.
